Dutch Accounting Standards B.V. (Chamber of Commerce no. 92738605), located at Heidehoeve 57, 3438 LN Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, handles your personal data with care. This privacy policy explains what data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have.
What data we process
Depending on the service you use, we process name and contact details, financial and tax data required for your tax returns and annual accounts, and the information you provide through our contact form.
Purpose and legal basis
We process this data to perform the agreed bookkeeping, tax, and administrative services, to comply with legal obligations — including the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft) — and, where applicable, on the basis of your consent.
Retention period
We do not retain your data longer than necessary for the purposes above, and in any case within the statutory retention period that applies to tax and administrative records (generally seven years).
Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with third parties where necessary for our services, for example with the accounting software you use (such as Exact Online) and our hosting provider. Where required, we enter into data processing agreements with these parties. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing. You also have the right to data portability.
